Considering having the Gastric Sleeve in Cincy at Deaconess

Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions in regards to having the gastric sleeve or Deaconess?  I would like to hear from other people that have had the gastric sleeve and why they decided to have it over the RNY or Lapband.
