Hi all! Man, I'm pooped tonight. What a busy day! I still have some more transcription to do...wish I didn't. Have to get it done, though, since I'll be gone all day tomorrow at training.

Breakfast:  3:00 a.m. - hot Click. About 7:30, 3/4 of a bologna and cheese sandwich on light wheat bread.
Lunch:  1/2 of a 6 in. cold cut combo sub from Subway
Snack:  A few peanuts
Dinner:  The rest of the sub. Well, not quite. Couldn't eat it all.

A little too much bread today. It was all wheat, but still more than I usually eat. Other than that, I did okay. It was raining like crazy so I didn't get my walk in today. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it...

Your meals sound good.  Unfortunately, it's all off limits to me...      I love bologna sandwiches, and Subway - especially the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub.  Oh well.....

I was nice to my peeps today - since I was having a meeting with them this morning, I stopped at Mickey D's and bought 5 egg mc muffins and 5 sausage mc muffins with egg and provided breakfast for the meeting.

So - my breakfast was 1/2 of the egg and 1/2 of the Canadian Bacon from an egg mc muffin.  I threw away the muffin.

My lunch was the other half of the egg and Canadian Bacon and 1 ounce of unsweetened fruit ****tail.

Snack was a sugar free Jello pudding snack cup.

As for dinner - I have no clue.  I have some leftover chicken fajitas, but after getting sick on them yesterday, I'm not so sure I want 'em for dinner tonight.  I'll probably have 2 oz. of pinto beans and 1 oz of some kind of veggie.

I'm having a meeting with the other half of the peeps I supervise tomorrow morning.  I'll have to buy them breakfast too.  I'll probably do biscuit sandwiches and breakfast burritos.  I can open the breakfast burrito and scrape out the insides and have that for breakfast.  Lord knows that MickeyD's doesn't put a lot of egg in those things!  LOL

Yeah...it was good, but I really didn't set a very good example yesterday. No veggies or fruit, and too much bread. Oh well...I'll do better today!
