I am approved!!!

called Anthem this morning, system was down, so I waited and called back this afternoon and was told I was approved as of yesterday morning and an approval letter was mailed out and I should have it in another day or two.  I now wait on a date!

Congrats on your approval.  Once you get your date the time will fly by.  Make sure to keep us all posted and dont forget to find yourself a surgery angel who can keep us notified of how you are doing after surgery.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but look at you!!  I can remember when you posted to say you were home from the hospital, and now you are waaayyy down in Onederland!  Good job!

hon call lavorne and leave her a message and they can check on that and get your date now...my daughters was like that..nancy gave us a date as soon as laverne called and confirmed....good luck...and congrads...i told ya that it would be soon...I bet before march..,,,,you will be in

Thanks everyone!  I did call both Laverne and Nancy and told them, I haven't heard yet from either of them.  I do know though that Dr. Mattar's scheduled out til April as of right now so it won't be til at least then.  At least the hardest part of waiting is over with.  My preop testing is scheduled for Feb 26th right now, so just need my nut preop class and a date and im all set. 

Congratulations!!!  Good luck to you and keep us posted! My surgery is March 10th so maybe yours will be close to then and we can help each other along the way!
