Hoosier Accountability - Tuesday

Hi everyone...just a quickie here before I head to Office Max. I'm out of toner for my laser printer and I can't print anything out. Catastrophe!!

Breakfast - Hot Click about 3:00 a.m., then stopped at Burger King on the way to work and got a ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. Couldn't fini**** but boy it was good!
Snack - Banana, a few peanuts
Lunch - Chicken fettuccini microwave dinner - probably about 1/2 of it.
Dinner - Probably a slice of thin crust cheese pizza

Took a nice walk at lunch, I'm going to do that every day it's decent out. Sounds like it's gonna be a little blustery tomorrow, though!

I got up at 4 am this morning so that I could do the treadmill for a mile before work.  I dont think that is a good idea on an empty stomach, I had an episode shortly after I got to work that was frightful.  I got sick to my stomach, dizzy and shaky, it passed after about 30 minutes but I was afraid I was going to pass out... probably cause I had an empty stomach.

B: poached egg, muffin
L: turkey chilli
D: not really sure at this point, nothing sounds very good.  maybe yogurt and strawberries.
S:  Looks like I better add a protein shake today!!

B    tuna salad/ff crackers (4)
L     subway sweet onion chicken terrakyo (only had part of it)
S    yogurt   and some cheddar chex mix
D   probably the rest of of my lunch

I need to get more fluids in today, forgot to drink.  I am working until 6pm and then to the Y for my work out.  I walk on treadmill 30 minutes and then the rest of my workout takes about an hour, I had alot of my exercises increased on Friday and started them last night.  I am ready to drop after the workout but it is a good drop.

I wasn't feeling well last night....so I didn't post.  But I wanted to make sure I kept it up.

B-1/2 c. oatmeal with protein
               raisin/splenda
S- Cake (I know, I know)  I paid for it
with a bad tummy ache  I was babysitting and the kids had it.  I also
took a couple bites of forkfuls!
L - !/2 c. Veggie soup
      5 Ritz crackers
D- I tried to eat Chicken but it made me sick.  I think it was too dry.

Waited for tummy to feel better

D again- Lite yogurt, cheese stick

S- Still hungry so I had some more veggie soup and some crackers

Total: 36 g protein....my pouch was grouchy I was afraid to try to drink a nasty shake
           780 calories

Little low on fluids got only about 50oz in.....try again tomorrow.

I get the grouchy pouch occasionally too! The chicken was probably too dry, I have trouble with it, too.
