FINALLY!! GOT MY DATE..

FINALLY FRAN CALLED ME BACK AND MY SURGERY DATE IS MARCH 19TH @ 12 NOON...SO NOW I'M TRYING TO GET MY PRE OP DATES FOR DIETICIAN CLASS AND MY HISTORY CLEARANCE.I GUESS THATS ALL THE TESTING I HAVE TO GET DONE 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO SURGERY...

Yeah Tisha! It will be here before you know it and you will be joining us on the losers bench! So excited for you!

Congrats Tisha!  I am waiting any day now for Anthem to approve me.  They just sent an approval for my co-worker who's BMI is less than mine and she is having lap band so I am hoping that is a good sign that I will approved as well.  We have the exact same requirements with the exact same insurance and her BMI is 36....mine was 41.6, neither of us has the traditional co-morbidities. So keeping my fingers crossed that I can post the same happy news very soon!

Good for you!  I too am waiting for a call from Fran ...
(but I want an answer so I will be calling her ) and hopefully I will have a date for March as well.  I was just approved this week.   Fran told me she only schedules on Thursdays and Fridays.

My surgery is a revision to another WLS I had in 1995.  I will have to also have to schedule Pre Op class and Dietary class.

Let's keep in touch I will keep you in my prayers during your surgery     .  I know all will go well.  Dr. Huse is a great surgeon.
