HELP?

I HAVE DR.HUSE FOR MY SURGEON AND I WAS APPROVED AND RENEE THE ONE WHO CALLS TO TELL U THAT U R APPROVED TOLD ME THAT FRAN THE LADY WHO DEALS WITH PRE OP AND SURGERY DATES WOULD CALL ME LAST WEEK BUT I HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING YET, THIS IS THE SECOND WEEK IS THIS NORMAL OR SHOULD I CALL THEM, I'M JUST CURIOUS IF IT TAKES A COUPLE OF WEEKS. IF ANYONE WHO HAS DR.HUSE AND HAS HAD SURGERY WITH HIM HOW LONG DID U HAVE TO WAIT? THANKS FOR YOUR TIME..

I remember it took about a week for Fran to call me.  When I was in the office last week for a check up they were swamped.  I think the beginning of the year is a very busy time for them.  If you don't hear something in a day or two, I'd just keep calling.  Leaving a message is the best way to get a hold of someone there.  Good Luck to you.
