Howdy, y'all. I'm rollin' in here a little late. Had dinner and just flopped for a while.

Breakfast - Hot Click, about 1/2 a bologna and cheese sandwich on diet wheat bread
Lunch - Lunch Bucket beef stew
Snack - Banana, a few corn chips. First time I've tried those, they don't set too well. Guess that's a good thing!
Dinner - about 3/4 cup soup beans, a few fried potatoes. My cornbread mix was old and it tasted funny, so we threw it out.

I took a walk at lunch today, it was 50 degrees out! Beautiful! I am SO ready for spring. I love it when the sidewalk stands and nurseries start putting out flats of flowers...can't wait!!

I'm pooped - headin' to bed to read a little and then crash. See ya tomorrow!

Okay, ladies I am going to try to keep up with you guys.  I have been a bit of a slacker for the last month or so.  I started journaling again and plan on getting my butt on my treadmill after my grandmother goes to bed.

B- Zone diet Protein Bar (14 protein, 200 calories)
L- 4oz shrimp
S- 1/4 c. no sugar added fruit snacks (130 calories, got them at costco....they were a good snack b/c I wanted something sweet)

1/2 protein shake....tried a new flavor....it was icky...didn't finish

D- 3oz hamburger patty with slice of cheese

Throughout the day I ate 4 prunes (they help keep things moving)

I have had 81 g protein and 954 calories.

The calories seem high???  I am going to work on that tomorrow.

Treadmill later b/c if I do it while my grandmother is awake she wants to watch me to do it and talk about it then get on herself.  It's a pain in my butt.  I will just do it when she is asleep.  On Wednesday I am going to go out to the gym and see about a personal trainer.  My husband use to see one and he really liked him.  We'll see. I HATE exercise. The trainer might flunk me.

Jen,

Talk with your nut about how many calories you should be getting in. I was told 1000-1200 to keep losing. If you get less than that, your body will think you are starving it and will hang on to every bit of fat it can. your carbs are very low and your protein is high. Provided you are getting in enough water, I think you're doing fantastic!

I did horribly eating yesterday, but my exercise was excellent. I am doing the mini on May 2 so I started something at the gym that I go to in order to better my time. It was a podcast that I actually got onto my MP3. This person claims that you can run a 5K in 30 min after his 9 week training. So I did that on the treadmill, boy was it grueling. Then last night my DH and I went for a 2 mile walk. I cleaned the pantry and rearranged and of course when you have open chip packages you have to sample 1 to see if they are still fresh. Needless to say yes they were but I stopped after 1 or 2 of each kind. I managed to get it put into sealable containers and everything is in its proper place and I can actually find things now. That all started because something got spilled in the fridge so everything came out and got washed then I moved on to the pantry and washed down shelves and walls. It took all day but well worth it. Just not a good eating day. TOO much sampling.
