Hoosier Accountability - Eatin' & Exercisin'

Okay, here we go again! I stopped doing this at Christmastime because there wasn't much response, now I'm gonna try it again! It's good for me, anyway, no matter the participation!

Anyway...here goes:

Breakfast - Hot Click, about 1/4 of a Jimmy Dean's Breakfast Bowl
Lunch - Lunch Buckets chili
Snack - a few red hots (yeah, but just a few!), a few Cheetos (told ya I've been "snacky" lately!)
Dinner - not sure yet, but will pick something protein-y.

As far as exercise, I got out in this lovely weather and took a walk this afternoon. MAN that felt good. I didn't get at all winded or tired like I thought I would...guess my intermittent walking and getting up and down all day at the Post Office has kept me in reasonably good shape. I'm going to start walking at lunchtime, and use this thread to keep me accountable! When I got back from my walk I picked up some junk in the yard that I can see now that the snow has melted, and took the last couple of strands of lights off of one of our little trees. FINALLY, Christmas is down!

Well, I better get a little more work done...have a great evening, everyone!

Oh Jenny I am so glad to have our daily accountability thread back.  I have had a wild and crazy day today but I will have it together better tomorrow to post.

B: poached egg, yogurt, strawberries
L: veggie corn dog, green beans
D: Ribs (Sheila made ribs today and shared with me!!)

As far as exercise goes, I worked today, that is always a good workout.  Also I got a treadmill today from Craigs List and Sheila was kind enough to take me to pick it up this evening so hopefull I will be able to find the energy to hop on it some and try it out.

Ok so I went and got on the treadmill after I posted about finding the energy.  I just sucked it up and got on and before I knew it the 30 mins was gone.  The MP3 player my hubby got me for my birthday is so awesome for the treadmill!!  I had my son put music on it for me, I told him anything with a fast beat to make me want to walk fast, guess I should have reminded him that I am his mother lol...some of the lyrics geeshhhhh

Great, Jeannie! I wish I had room for a treadmill. My family room is also my home office, and I take up about half of it. I just don't have anywhere to put one.

I know what you mean about the music. I had Emily put some on mine, but was very specific what NOT to put on it! She likes all kinds of music, though, and has a ton of it on her computer. I had her put some Irish music and classic rock on my MP3 player, and she made good choices as she knows what I like and DON'T like. My son's music? Fuhgeddaboudit. LIke you said...geeshhh. It's not that the lyrics are awful, he doesn't like that either, it's the genre. I mean, they SCREAM and call it music. Yuk.
