Final Plans For The 13th

I guess I'll go ahead and make the decision about where I'll be for lunch on Friday so people can make plans. It seems that some can make it one place, and about as many can make it the other. I'm going to go with my original plan and be at the Denney's at the Post Road exit at 1:30 this Friday. I really hope a lot of you can join me as I'd love to meet you! The ones that can have lunch over by Clarian Bariatrics obviously can go ahead and do that, we could have two going at the same time!

Gotta get to work...have a fantastic Saturday!

Cindy...maybe you can take the afternoon off and join us like you first thought of doing. I think Shanna said something about trying to make it originally too. Maybe one of you can swing by and bring Gail along. It'd be good for her to get out of the house somewhere other than the dentist office!

Becky & Emil..if you can cut out a little early, would love to see you guys too! It will probably be our last chance to see you before Becky's surgery.

I'll be up to my eyebrows in flowers that day, so won't get to come & meet you.I do hope you have a great luncheon with everyone. Looking forward to meeting you at the Clothing Exchange or next get-together I can make. Have fun with everyone- they are a great bunch of people!

(You're meeting on the East side - to me, that's the same as a foreign country!!  LOL  I can go anywhere on the west or south sides with no problem, but I'd need my GPS and breadcrumbs on the East side!!)

When I moved to Indy in '99..from Little city USA..Clinton, IN, it took very little to get me all turned around. I look back now and roll my eyes at how lost I got when we'd go to my mil's & out to dinner. We've been living in her house now for ~4.5 years and I know the neighborhood now! LOL!

Back in 2002, Bill & I were separated for 6 months. I got an apartment on the south side so I'd be close to work..so now, I know that side a little bit. The restaurants anyway! LOL!

Thanks to St. V's, I've been getting to know the north side some and thanks to the clothing exchanges, the west side.

But...tell me you live in a town in Indiana that I hadn't been to, and I am all for reaching for my Tom-Tom or mapping it out on MapQuest! LOL! I look at new areas & cities as an adventure! 

I wish you didn't have to work. I could have gotten you over to us pretty easily. If you know how to get on 70 East, you would have no problem at all! (get off at Post, turn left. At 1st light, turn left...you'll see Denny's on the left).

I'll be there with bells on...or paint as I will be painting ceilings that day.    Anyone interested in a 3 BR/ 2 1/2 BA on the south side???  It will have fresh paint and new carpet.
