 YES IM SO GLAD I DID THIS . LBS COMING OFF AND FEELING SOO MUCH BETTER....70 LBS IN 3 1/2 MONTHS. ......THANK YOU LORD...KATHY

take it off - take it ALL off!  Lord know we don't want the weight or need it.
