Friday!!

It's Friday!  Good morning all!

I hope that everyone has a good day and gets to have fun at some point this weekend.  I plan to hang out with the kids and do alot of nothing much.  Maybe alter some of my clothes.  I hemmed some jeans yesterday because my others were just getting too big again and need to drop down to the next size!  That is encouraging.

We missed the bus this morning so we flew out the door and i was hoping i was completely dressed i knew i put my shoes on though.
Tracy  hope you have a good day and thats good news when you gotta take your pants in alot.way to go.
Neil has Guards this weekend so its me and the boys and we are going to rearrange the kitchen cabinets and all.

Good morning all...

I plan to go see Terry today. I'm also going to get a little sister time in with Ellen. That is MUCH needed! They are suppose to start on the siding today so I think Bill is relieved that I'll be gone for awhile so that my truck won't be in the drive..lol!

I think I'm going to go get Myranda tomorrow and let her stay all night. It'll be her first night of staying away from home. She's 4. We wait until they are fully potty trained before having a night at Mamaw & Papaw's. Well..by the time she was, all this had happened with my stomach so I was waiting on it then since I can't lift any of the kids. Myranda is now old enough though to walk on her own and know not to pull at me when I'm holding her hand. She's also big enough to climb up into the carseat by herself. So...I think it's time. On Sunday, we're getting together with the kids to celebrate the boys birthdays. Chance's was the same day as Shellie's surgery and Rodney's is the 10th. Chance turned 8, Rodney will be 3. Myranda will be 5 in May near my birthday and Shyanne turns 4 near Bill's in September.

So..today is for friends..and the weekend is for grandkids. And all of it, very much is food for this gal's soul!

Good Morning my fellow Hoosier Losers, haven't posted in a couple days because I have had to be at work at 5AM and had some other things going on also.  I had a dental emergency on Wed  I was eating a popsicle and had a crown popped off my eye tooth..ugh ugh ugh.  My dentist was sooooooooo wonderful.  She had me come right in and worked me in, unfortunatally the tooth could not be saved so I had to have it pulled.  This is one time I was glad that I wear a partial denture because she was able to just add a tooth on to it saving me tons of money and she did it in one day!!.   I was so upset at losing another tooth and spending out unknown amounts of money when I got to her office that she gave me some nitrosoxide at no charge.  I thank her from the bottom of my heart cause that tooth had already had a root canal and a crown so there wasn't much tooth there to get ahold of and it was freaking me out.  If any of you in the Mooresville / Camby area are in need of a good dentist I highly reccommed Dr Mundy at Heartland Crossing.  She has been so good to me and my husband over the past couple of years since we moved to this area that I can't say enough good things about her.  She is an animal lover also so that makes her extra special to me.  Her office was absolutly wonderful last year when my husband had major problems, they were so patient and kind with him. 

I also was able to go order new glasses, I had gotten a new pair last year and my dog ate them so I have been several months with no glasses while I waited for my insurance to kick in again.  I had no idea about the website that you gals posted the other day, sure wish I had known about it ..but I do now so I am going to order me a spare set right away to leave in my car for night driving.  Also since they are so inexpensive I may order some with tinting to leave in the car also.  I normally wear bifocals but I dont need the bifocal to drive anyway. 

I hope you all have a great weekend, I will be working so probably wont' get a chance to post too much.  Its gonna be nice weather so maybe we all can get out and get a walk in and enjoy the weather.

Hi Everyone,
 I am so glad the weather is good today- I am so ready for sunshine& warm. I can only imagine how my daughter feels in Minn. It has been -15 to -25 there, & she delivers mail!! Yup, the old fashioned way- door to door! I am so glad the police keep track of her, even brought her coffee before. The paper did an article on her, with frost on the trees & her! She is one of the 4 joys of my life. I tell you ,my girls make a Mom proud! OK, enough sappy stuff!

 I don't know what has happened with my daily posts- they seem to "disappear"the past few days- I guess I am typing too fast, & then hit the wrong button.Silly me- it is probably because I am so tired I can't see half of what I am doing. I need  new glasses!! ! I have read the posts- but it is really late, so I just get caught up & then off to bed. Hope you all know I do think of you.

I am going down to meet up with Sherri & spend alittle girl time & see Terry. I miss all my "girls" and any time I can sneak away- I am. This is my day off, & I am taking it! I have really been praying for Terry & Lyn, & it is going to be good to see her.

I had hoped Gail would call me back, but I do understand,when you don't feel good, you don't want to talk. Especially when you are having your mouth worked on. I'll try again though, soon. I just love her!

 My grandson  Greg,---JOINED THE ARMY!!  He is Penny's oldest, is going to be going to
Jacksonville, NC. for basics & then 4 yrs., active. I need as many prayers as you can spare for him.He is very nervous &excited. He has chosen some friends that  he has realized were just using him to get what they needed/wanted  so he is ready to break away and start his "grown up"life. We had a wonderful talk last night, & I know he is going to do fine.

I am feeling good this morning, I got on the scale this morning and I have lost 5lbs this week on the 5 day pouch test.  I have enjoyed this expereince, because it has opened my eyes to why I had the surgery to begin with.  I have been working out everynight this week and have increased alot of the machines for my work out.  I am up to 1 1/2 hours a day as my workout.  I am starting to walk again at lunch, yesterday was not a good walk.  I was running into alot of people I knew around the building and stop and talking took most of my lunch hour.

Hi everybody! Just taking a break and thought I'd pop in and say hey! Life has been so busy lately...I'm glad the weekend is coming. I have to work tomorrow morning, but then I'll have the rest of the weekend and both of my kids are going to be home. Yay! John usually comes home, but I don't get to see Emily as much as she works over by Wright State at Blockbuster, and her hours are usually on the weekend.

Seeing the post about working out certainly humbles me. I haven't been doing that at all, since I've been working so many hours. It's halfway decent out today, though, I think I'll take part of my lunch period and walk a little. I was doing so well, working out every other day, before I had to start full-time at the Post Office. I'm so ready to go back to my part-time hours! Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Hey ladies! 

  I am up and moving.  I am doing dialysis with Dad right now.  I am hoping to get out of here early so I can make a pedicure appt.  I made it for myself since I have been beating myself up a bit lately.

  I didn't see the post about cheap eyeglasses????  I want to know about this website.  I have been kinda MIA lately.

 This weekend we have a birthday party for a little one.  Then I have called the babysitter and arranged for her to stay with Gaggy.  The snow and illness has kept us all cooped up together and the old lady is not going to make it much longer if I don't get away from her.  Is it a mercy killing if the MERCY is for my husband and I???
