I live between Kokomo and Peru and I have not found any new flavors at any of the 3 stores in my area. I am going to look tomorrow again for them. All I can usually find are the Strawberry and Vanilla always and sometimes raspberry occasionally. But that is what I do use. I started the 5 day pouch test yesterday so I measured and even though it is 6 ounces it measures out to just a tad over 1/2 cup which is 4 ounces volume. I measured out 1/4 cup to put my calcium in both morning and evening and then doing protein shakes for the rest of the day yesterday and today to get my minimum 75 grams, along with my other liquids. I was pleasantly surprised with the scales this morning. I usually only weigh 1 time a week on Sunday. Today I was 3 1/2 pounds down from Sunday and I know the majority is jus****er weight because I have been going alot since I have really increased my fluid amount. I really like the carb master yogurt, It is so much thicker.

Lisa I am glad you found and like the carb masters.  I am in love with the new strawberry pomegranet one.  I was thinking about one on my drive home from work lol.  Funny thing is before surgery I wouldn't come within a hundred feet of a yogurt lol.
