Patting myself on the back!!! I am 11 weeks and 3 days out and I have lost 70 pounds !!!

I am so proud. Also my tunnel has now shrunk to 5 cm from 7 cm. I think the tunnel will heal now. I hope. Will all of my problems, I would still do this again.
