What do you snack on when you want a snack between meals?  Looking for suggestions ( and not SF pudding or jello, I eat so much the first 4 month I never want to see it again!)

Thanks,

Kim

I have a small apple dipped in either PB2 or vanilla carb masters yogurt.

A small handful of roasted edememe

100 calorie pack of kettle corn

whole wheat crackers with lowfat cheese & ham

grapes

Krogers has a new flavor or carb masters yogurt called Strawberry Pomegranant ..yummo and 15 grams of protein!!

Fiber One cereal

Thats about all that comes to mind, I am a person who finds something they like and gets stuck on it until I get burned out and move on so for now this is my list.

One of my friends from the KY board suggested taking pepperoni slices on baking them in the oven until they are crisp. She took them out and drained them good on paper towels and eats them like chips...have not tried them yet but plan on it soon!

They are really easy to fix in the microwave.  Place them between lots of layers of papertowels and cook for about 2 min...

the towels take care of the grease.  they are yummy

Low fat cottage cheese with a little sugar free jelly/jam and some Splenda.

Whole wheat crackers sprayed with a mix of spray butter and worchestershire sauce.  Microwave for 15 seconds.

Fat free Reddi Whip squirted directly into my mouth.
