Was just looking ahead to my next food phase. It says I can have sugar free cereal. Just wondering if any of you eat this and if so, what kind? I was looking at the store the other day and couldn't find anything that was sugar free. Thanks.

I use Whole Grain Cherrios.  Yes there is a little sugar but I seem to tolerate it.
I try for all whole grains in most of what i eat.

I like shredded wheat.  I sprinkle a little splenda on them and crunch away.  I don't use milk though.  My tummy can't take both cereal and milk together.  I've done the hot grapenuts too.  Added milk and put in the microwave with a little splenda.  It's pretty good.

I like the Cheerios also, but I also do granola. This is good with yogurt to.

Melissa,

So many of us end up with BM issues that I would really recommend Fiber One cereal. The original. 1 cup is 28 g of fiber (+30 g of fiber is what my nut recommended per day).  I add some sweetner to it. I also enjoy raisen bran now & then or Total.

I buy fiber one also and put some in a snack size baggie and nibble on it  during my shift...kinda has a graham cracker taste.  I like kashi  go lean also and cinnamon protein cereal from super target..I dont remember sugar content but i tolerated it. of course you will only be able to eat a little bit right now..eat it dry or with a little milk only, so tummy tolerates it better...goood luck
