I don't think I'm the Melissa you were talking about, but I'm with Lisa on this one. I would start with a half dose and see how that does. I rarely take a full dose these days. I hope you feel better soon!!

I'd only take one to start. If you do ok and it doesn't seem like enough, take the other.

Well, I got impatient and before there were any replies, I went ahead and took both caplets of Tylenol cold formula. Guess what? I was out like a light for a couple of hours and woke up nauseated. I'll be taking only one at a time from now on.
My food intake hasn't been good today, neither has my fluid intake. I've had about 24 ounces of water, had 1/2 scrambled egg for breakfast. Just made myself eat lunch. This cold is kicking my butt, and I have to go into work tomorrow!
