SOMEBODY SLAP ME!

I don't know what my problem is today! I'm sitting here getting lots of work done, but I made the stupid mistake of buying some Red Hots the other day. I LOVE those things, and they didn't look to be terribly high in sugar. However...if you eat 1/2 bag, they probably are. No, I haven't eaten that many yet, but I keep grabbing some every time I pass the bag. Sheesh, what an idiot. I'm throwin' the dumbstupidretarded things away!

I've been steadily losing about 2 lbs. per week, and here I am doing something like this. Dumber 'n a sack of wet mice...

Jenny,  I have some good news for you.   I got the cinnamon flavored calcium citrate lonzenges at the bari gift shop at St. Vincent's and they taste just like red hots!  I GET to eat 4 a day and they are yummy!  It's like a special treat and it is a part of our supplements at the same time!!!  I think that is sooo coool.   And the chocolate ones taste like brownies!!!!!    So I plan to get the chocolate ones soon so I will have some variety.   I just trick myself into thinking they are my treats for doing well during my day.  LOL   We all know how the mind game goes.

Now throw away those little "poison pills" and get you some calcium citrate cinnamons!

OH they are made by Bariatric Advantage and they have Cherry ones too.  Yummy!

Are the lonzenges really like lonzenges or are they those chewable chalky things? I had tried the chalky things and yuck! I ended up giving them away!! Now..if they are hard like cough drops, I might would be able to do those.
