Need info about the Indiana 6 month law....
Can anyone give me more input about the Indiana 6 month supervised weight loss law?
I have Unicare in which it does state of having 18 months supervised but I was wondering how does this 6 month law override the 18 months? Has anyone tried to override their insurance company with this law? and did it work? With having a 42bmi and 2comorbs plus I do have 14 months supervised, you would have thought Unicare could have said yes. But, no, I need to appeal and need more info about this Indiana law.
Thanks...Keri

I thought the "law" was for insurances purchased by the State for it's employee's or recipients(like Medicaid). I could be wrong though.
