Well another yummy tasting item that I dont remember seeing lol.  It sounds good!  I think trying to get through the line with my daughter and trying to fix her plate as well as mine at the same time kept me from really looking at what there was on those tables.   Oh  well ya gotta love kids ya know.

Hello!  I was the one who brought the fruit salsa.  Ellen has the basic recipe right.  The actual recipe said any fruit combo will do and any no-sugar preserves.  I used strawberry pollander.for the preserves.  The original recipe calls for added sugar but I think it's too sweet like that.  I also pured about 1/3 of the fruit and just left the rest chunky.
The orginal recipe also calls for tortilla cinnamon ships but  I didn't have time to make them.
Here's the recipe for them:
Take 20 small tortillas and spray one side with butter flavor Pam.
Top with cinnamon and sugar ( when I make them it's only about 1/4 cup for all the tortilla.

Cut the tortillas into wedges with a pizze cutter (about 8 per tortilla)and bake sugar side up for 8-10 minutes at 350.  Calorie wise is 10 calories per wedge and ) fat. Honestly these are so good I don't make them anymore b/c I eat too many.

I had a lovely time at the clothing exchange and it was great to meet so many wonderful people. I have been alurker but now that I met you all I hope to post again!
