Just another manic Monday.... la la la la ...

Not really manic but it was the catchiest tune I could think of with Monday.

I'm soo sore still but the Silvadene is helping. Thank God I went to urgent care because the blisters on my back are huge.

We're leaving for Baltimore in about 3 hours or so and I'm so stinking excited. How kewl. :)  I'll check in and say hey while I'm gone though. :)

Misty stay away from those tanning beds! Have a safe trip! It was nice meeting up with you and your hubby on Saturday night. I think we might have found a place to rent that will let us keep out Husky. IT don't look like much but it is really big and the lady I talked to sounded like a dog lover like me! I am going to my other cousins in French Lick sometime today and then meeting with the lady who has the apartment at 3:30. Then I am going to be heading home. I hope to talk to Jeannie about meeting somewhere close to her house on my way home. I was going to stay until Tuesday morning but thought that might be pushing it to go to work at 2 p.m. Well have a good but safe time in Baltimore! TTFN!!!

Michelle>> wished we could have talked on Saturday. Hope you find a place that allows pets.  I know that is a hard thing to find sometimes. Hope your spells have stopped or slowed at least.

Good morning everyone...

Work sure came early today! It didn't help none that I kept waking up during the night. I hope the day goes quick! I know. Here I am wishing my life away again. I have three meetings today, the first at 9.

Shellie is doing ok at the rehab. She was being accessed yesterday so none of us drove over to see her. We'll probaby go one of these nights this week. Tiffany is going tomorrow..if her temp is back to normal. It was running ~101.2 yesterday so it was best she not see Shellie then.

Lisa, I guess I didn't realize that Tonya was more than a 'friend'..that she is your aunt as well. What are they saying is wrong? I am so glad she kept going back to the ER.

Good morning all!

I am up and waiting to call the doctor's office to see if I can get in today for a visit.  I plan to do my regular Monday routine and climb laundry mountain.  It's really not that bad this week since I kept caught up more.  I am hoping to go workout later tonight but depends on my doc visit.

I am gonna take Kim to Wally World with me today if I can get her to go.  A girl just has to have some makeup!  It's important to her right now since she is recovering from her surgery and it really made her sad to find it missing on Saturday.  But on a brighter note.... I get to spend more time with her.

I hope everyone has a good week and the weather improves for all of us!

Happy Monday - I think!

I have a dental appointment at 11:30 for a cleaning.  Ick... oh well, it could be worse!  (and hopefully won't be!)

After 6 weeks off work, I will be working on psyching myself up to return to a high stress professional managerial job.  On one hand, I'm happy to go back and resume my routine and see co workers I've missed, and on the other hand, dreading it as well, and wishing I could remain at home.

I will have 36 years on the job in March.  Even convicted felons get time off for good behavior, y'know!  Luckily, I am only 1 year and 8 months away from full retirement age for an unreduced pension.  Don't know if I will retire then, or continue to work and increase my pension.  (Probably depends on whether they've ticked me off or not!!  LOL)

Misty, I hope your trip is safe and uneventful and that the Silvadene makes you comfortable on the trip.

Michelle - good luck with the apartment!

Sherri, I hope Shellie does well at the Rehab Hospital.

Tracy - have fun with Kim and make sure she gets some good makeup to enhance her pretty eyes!  (and take care of yourself too!)
