Hi, I know I'm a bit late to jump on the welcome band wagon, but just wanted to welcome you to the family too.  Good luck as you make your way through the approval process.  Don't give up or get discouraged when or if you hit a stumbling block.  It's happened to a lot of us.  Keep coming back here for support and encouragement.
