I normally use about half a can of skim milk in the soup.

Crustless P i z z a

2 lbs Turkey Sausage (I prefer the brand at Wal-Mart)
Italian Seasoning
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 lg jar Spagetti sauce (or make your own with one 15 oz can tomato sauce and italian 
                                                        seasoning)
3/4 cup shreded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
Turkey pepperoni

Preheat oven to 450.  Mix turkey sausage, egg and about 2 tablespoons italian seasoning.  press into 13 x 9 baking dish.  Bake for 25 minutes.  Pour off excess liquid.  Reduce oven temperature to 400.  Spread sauce evenly over meat.  Layer pepperoni, cheddar and parmesan cheeses, (you can use any or all of your favorite p i z z a toppings) and return to oven for 10-15 minutes ****il cheeses melt and pepperoni crisps a little).  Cut and serve.
