Lost item at clothing exchange

I am such a dingbat.  I bought some Bariatric Advantage Calcium crystals from Melissa today, and I can't find them.  I don't remember what I did with them.  I thought I had them in my tote under my coat, but they're gone.  I fear folks thought they were part of the stuff up for grabs.  I was so concerned with getting our coats back, I forgot about the crystals!

dumb question...what are the crystals...are they like the calcium citrate stuff??

Kim, the calcium crystals are calcium citrate in a powder form. If you don't want to take a bunch of pills, the crystals work well.

oh thanks i will have to look into it...those big fat pills kill me...lol
