Feel free to share the recipe for what you brought.

I brought the 5 flavor chicken and I didn't really follow a recipe, it's one of those things you have to add things to taste. I used Sugar Free faux honey, cinnamon, garlic, ginger and low sodium soy sauce. Cook the chicken in the crockpot for a few hours, shred it (or any meat) and I think I used 1 c of soy sauce, 1/2 c of the honey and sprinkles of the rest.
