Heidi,

I've been 2 lbs from onderland for a couple of weeks now -- be prepared for the plateau so you won't be disappointed.  Monday I thought I'd toss my scales out the back door when I didn't get under 200 but I've noticed the last 3 or 4 people have said the same thing.  It's taken them a couple of weeks at the same weight before they dropped under 200.

I'm so excited for you because you ARE getting close!!

I got down to 205 and it was if I had hit a brick wall...stopped losing.  I stayed between 205 and 208 for a month.  By the time I got under 200 I was so frustrated that I didn't really feel like a celebration.

Well I, for one, will be ecstatic! I ain't there yet, I'm actually a long way from it, but if it's anything like when I hit 100 lbs. lost, it's gonna be great!

Savor it when it happens, you earned it!
