I did a bad, bad thing.....

After being sick for two days, I felt a little better this afternoon.  Breakfast and lunch sat well.

I started getting really hungry at 5.  I know I can't eat dinner that early - I'd have a long way to go till bedtime.  I try to eat usually around 7-8.

Anyway, I had one saltine and a 50 calorie Weigh****chers cheese.

I can't believe I did that.  However, I doubt that it will really hurt me, but I cannot get in the habit of doing that!!  It did hold the hunger at bay though.

Usually I don't have a problem with being hungry.  Probably had something to do with food coming out as quickly as it went in the past 3 days...

Anyway, I will chalk this up to experience and resume the program!

Just wanted to 'fess up for accountability!

Christie,

As long as it was a one time thing, you did fine.  Got to keep it from becoming a habit.  For me it would be AGAIN!

Thanks Carol.  I definitely don't want it to be a habit - habits like that got me this way.

Christie is the sin in that because its not on part of your food plan or because it was a snack before mealtime?

Both actually - I can have low fat cheese and I can have saltines (4) as a meal, and it was a snack before mealtime - when all I am supposed to have between meals would be broth, SF popsicles, or SF jello.

Yeah! Christie finally broke a rule! ;o) JK, I'm just glad that I'm not the only one. I'm sure you'll be fine and won't veer off the course again. Hang in there!

LOL!!  I never said I was perfect!!  You don't know how bad I want a diet coke, or just the meat off a White Castle.... LOL  it's a struggle!

I know I plan to do some tasting at the Clothing Exchange, but within reason.

Oh honey - I know you were kidding!  It didn't offend me in the slightest!

So far, I haven't had any problems eating anything - I almost wish I did, then I wouldn't be tempted to do things I shouldn't!!  LOL  Well, I take that back - I do have problems with protein!  Now yesterday, I did 2 protein bullets and went over 75 grams protein for the first time.

It varies from day to day.

Hey Melissa - I did post to you earlier on one of the other threads about the Nectar and the calcium crystals.

Hey Chris~

I too have made my share of "mistakes".  Just remember we have to make this work for the long haul...and you're doing it!  I'm sure this won't be an everyday thing for you.  Tommorow's another day!  Glad you're feeling better.
