I like to run my mouth alittle.lol
But today i almost knocked the tire out of someone in walmart.
Thats not me,is it hormones or stress?
I do spout off when i dont like something, but this cashier pushed my buttons she was rude and nasty and i told her what she could do with herself and went straight to manangement and told them i wasnt going to be treated like this and i didnt deserve it.
He said they get lots of complaints on her attitude well talk to her then.
Lucas was with me and he was so embarrssed he says mom i know forsure now you are bipolar...right
Does anyone else get angry really fast or cry at the drop of a hat.
I have no patience anymore..
Am i normal guys?
I was with my dad and i went to the car and he says sis whats wrong and i told him and he says ahhh  just do what i do and i ask dad whats that(he is a sweetie til you push his buttons) he said i say a prayer before i go in walmart...Lucas laughs and he says im serious.
He said i ask God to give me the strength to get in and out of walmart with out hurting someone and the patience to stand in along line only to be treated bad by the cashier and to keep my hands and mouth to myself.
He says it works and i told him about the prayers for everyone on here and  he says sis God answers prayers no matter how big or small and i cried i have been worried about him being right with God and now i can rest alittle easier.
Do you all feel so vunerable sometimes?
I go from happy to hurt to angry to crying then laughing..
Thanks for reading and please dont think im a nut job...

It's from a release of hormones that were trapped in your fat cells. As your body disolves those fat cells (aka loosing weight) the more the hormones build up and push you out of whack. If it becomes worse or you become concerned, talk to your PCP about an anti depressant to help you out until you boyou out on your weight and become stable weighted for awhile.

I agree about asking your pcp about it. I am the same way, NO patience at all either. I continually put it off and think it will get better, but me that has only gotten worse.  I used to be able to tolerate just about anything.  Lets just say when Wal Mart see's me coming in they are all probably saying a prayer for themselves that I make it in there and out with out exploding on them lol.  There are some days I just feel like a crazy women (thinking my husband would say no thinking to it, she is ha ha ha)  Just wanted you to know you weren't alone and throw my little tid bit in there.

Lisa, Lexapro takes me to my happy place.  LOL  It makes me sort of emotionally numb to a lot of issues.  I have more patience, seem more level headed, and my temper stays at bay longer.  I was a hot head before surgery at times.  But my pouch wont allow it... It makes me sick when I get to angry.  It's all for the better.  I am better off with the Lexapro because it makes thing smooth.   My only draw back to it is that sometimes I am emotional "unattached" when I should probably care more about a situation.  I hope that makes sense to you.

I think Jodi is one hundred percent right on.  It is probably just the hormones being released into your body from the fat you are burning.   Some people hit it right away others it takes longer and some of us get the joy of experiencing it more than once.  My PCP and Dr. Gupta both made sure I was on Lexapro before the surgery.

Huge hugs and a smile for ya!
