string cheese

Is string cheese included in the kind of cheese we can have our first 4 weeks.  Thanks, Terry

If cheese is listed then string cheese is ok.

If it's low fat.  Just be sure and chew real well.  I had one, actually about a third of one.  I tore off very small pieces and chewed, chewed, chewed!

I lived on string cheese and glasses of milk thew first 3 months after surgery. Chew very good and take very small pcs at a time..
