Here is all the info

1117 Bridgeport Road

Indianapolis, Indiana 46231

11:00am- 3:00 pm

Please bring gently used clean clothes without any rips or stains.

There will be also a pitch in. So bring a WLS friendly dish with your recipe just in case people ask how you made it.

Our church has a food pantry so as a thank you if you would like to bring a bag of food I know it would be greatly appreciated.

The 15 minute rule will still apply. Details will be provided at the exchange.

If you have any other questions just ask away I or someone else can answer them.

So who is coming? and what are you bringing? This will give other people ideas.

Hugs

Robin

I am planning on coming and I thought I would bring some apple dumplings that I found a reciepe for before Christmas that turned out just wonderful. And this week I am going to try some Curried Chicken Soup that has 17 grams protein in a serving that I thought sounded real good. If it is then I will make and bring that.

I'll be there!  I have 2 totes of clothing to bring, and a box of food.  As for the WLS friendly dish - I don't know!!!  I'm still in pureed stage!  I'm going through my bariatric cookbook and will let you know what I figure out!!

Can't wait to see you all!!

I'll be late, but I'm coming, but really don't have any clothes to bring as I'm still so freshly post op. I also am still in the puree stage of foods so I won't be eating. My son's birthday party is that morning at 10, so I'll be there afterwards.

I am coming for sure.  I have no idea what I want to bring.  I have been giving most all my clothes to Kim but have a few things and Marc has a few things to bring too.  I am gonna think hard this week about what I wanna make as a dish.

Thanks,
Tracy

I am planning on coming if the weather permits and am bringing "tall" jeans and dress pants. Don't know about dish yet.

Does anyones husband or SF need pants/jeans in a 42/44 size with a 30/31/32 length? I thought about bringing some of Joe's in case anyone could use them.

Oh Connie
My hubby would love you.
He put on his 40"s and he couldnt breathe so i went thru all his clothes and found a pair of 42-32.
So he could use some..
Last time i came to the exchange they had mens clothes and my boys got some really nice tshirts and pants..

Hi All!

Like the other newbies, I don't have a lot of clothes to bring, but I will be bringing some scrubs in large...and a few tops.

I'm still in puree stage....but I'll give some thought to a dish.

Robin, are there any items in the pantry that you specifically need?

We are pretty much bare at this point so anything will help.

Thanks
