Wednesday 3 questions for fun!
Today's Topic: Music
1. What is your favorite genre of music and artist?
My favorite is Country but I love all kinds of music. I am a musician (somewhat) and I enjoy most every kind of music I have played or listened to. My favorite artist is Toby Keith. I am also a huge fan of Trace Adkins, Kenny Chesney, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts.... the list goes on and on.
2. What was the last concert you attended?
Mine was Kenny Chesney at Lucas Oil Stadium in September. It was awesome but very long. It lasted over 8 hours with about 5 artists performing with him. But it was one of the most incredible concerts I have been to. (Sound was horrible because of the new stadium though)
3. What CD or song was your most recent purchase or download?
I got Darius Rucker's new CD for Christmas. He was the lead singer for Hooty and The Blowfish but has gone out on his own as a single artist in Country. His best song right now is "Don't think I don't think about it". I love his voice!
Can't wait to see everyone's responses!
I listen to mostly older rock and blues. When my son is in the car with me we listen to the newer rock. I find I like a few of the songs but some of it I just have to change the station. We have an agreement... If I can understand all the words then it can stay on, if not it has to go lol. A few of my fav's .. Eric Clapton, Rod Stewart, Meatloaf, Canned Heat, and a new band Seather.
2. What was the last concert you attended?
I believe that was Rod Stewart at Deer Creek before they changed it to Verizon. Its been quite a few years now. I have seen him twice the other time was at Market Square Arena lol.
3. What CD or song was your most recent purchase or download?
The most recent CD I purchased was Eric Clapton. I have my son download and make me CD's now days. I can pick what I like. I don't have an Ipod yet, but I have a birthday around the corner so I will be asking for one to take to the Y with me.

2. What was the last concert you attended?
I believe it was John Mellencamp at Assembly Hall in Bloomington. Nose bleed seats!!!
Favorite concert though was Allman Brothers at Deer Creek.

The best of George Thorogood and the Destroyers - "Bad to the Bone", "Who do you Love?" awesome CD. I also bought a Steppenwolf CD the same day - love "Born to be Wild" and "The Pusher" I also bought Katy Perry's CD - One of the Boys. 1. What is your favorite genre of music and artist?
Country. I was definately 'Country when country wasn't cool'. I've been a fan since I was about 15 or so. My fave right now is probably Trace Adkins. My favorite group is Rascal Flatts although I do really enjoy Sugarland as well. I like Kenny Chesney songs although I think he's a weenie in the looks catagory. I think Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, and Trace are much better eye candy!
2. What is the last concert you attended?
I believe it was Reba...although we do usually go to the Country Expo. We didn't go to the fair last year...and they usually have a pretty good free stage offering.
3. What CD or song was your most recent purchase or download?
I belong to a CD club and just got in the latest monthly selection yesterday. It was the Lady Antebellum self-titled CD. I haven't listened to it yet.
