Please update me

Please post here and update me on Brenda, Sherri and Suki (Kim).  I've been very busy and have't been keeping up.  It looks like I've missed a lot.

Also, if there's any new news on the next Secret Elf start-up, please let me know.  I don't want to miss out.  I've got one more package for my last one that I meant to get out before the new year.  I did get her Christmas one out though.

Brenda is doing much better. She had to have 3 ft of intestines removed Saturday but she is in a regular room now (2260) at Community North. The last I heard, she is expecting to be released Friday.

My test didn't turn out very well yesterday. I'm now at a wait & see until next Wednesday to see what will be next. In the meantime, I'm doctoring a VERY sore throat.

I'm going to hold off on starting the next Secret Elf draw until things settle down some for Floyd so he can get out the next updated version of the Hoosier Directory (since being on that with CORRECT info is a requirement for elf participation.

Kim is doing better.  She is waiting to get a surgery date from the plastic surgeon.  They will have to do some extensive surgery on her forehead to remove the cancer.  She was in very good spirits yesterday and spent the afternoon with me.  She seemed a bit nervous about the surgery but is ready to get it over with.

I will let you know when we have more news.

Hey thanks Guys.  I can't believe I've missed so much important stuff.  It's time like this when I really feel the distance between us.  I love it that the internet keeps us all connected but when life gets too busy for the computer, you really lose touch.

Floyd left me a message on my cell phone too.  I'm not sure when he left it since it popped during my lunch break today.  He made it sound like he was calling last night.  I'm going to try to call him later on when I get off work.  My cell phone pops messages out whenever it feels like it.  Not when they're sent.

My daughter was so upset to hear about Brenda.  We're going to do something special for her but haven't decided what yet.  I'll share whatever she comes up with.  They made a special friendship at our OH Holiday World day last year.  Of course they've always been special to me.  Floyd and Brenda were my angels!  They really helped me through my surgery process and have saved my life more than once. 

We're praying for all of these situations.  I may not be good at communicating with people but I try to keep my communication with my maker as constant as I can.
