A little update on me..

I'm doing okay I think. Depression and anxiety wise and stuff I feel like I need my meds adjusted slightly but we'll see on thursday when I see the psychiatrist. I'm debating to make an appt with my therapist though because I'm having a rough patch. 

I do have an appointment with the eating disorder clinic for next Thursday at 10:30ish if anyone is gonna be in or around Clarian maybe I can stop in and say Hi. 

Well that is about it.

Hi Misty,

I say do what you need to do to help yourself.  Hang in there you can do it.  Be sure you tell the doc what and how you have been feeling.  Keep your chin up.

Misty,  It sounds as though things are looking up somewhat at least.  Keep a smile on your face and know that your OH family is here for you.  You are working through this and doing fine.  So Keep up the good work and have faith in yourself and God.  YOU CAN DO IT GIRL!

I feel so lost and damaged today. :( Having a really tough day. I just wanna cry, but I can't. :| I did have a PRN appointment with my therapist because I really needed it. :( I am doing stuff I shouldn't and know it. :( I seem to take 1 step forward and 10 backwards. :(
