surgery date????

How long did you have to wait after your approval with insurance to get your surgery date?

It was only about a week and a half, but the surgery scheduler had been on vacation.

I kinda figured that because of the holidays, it would be a little longer before I hear anything.  I'm just anxious to get an actual date in my head.  I think I'm afraid I'll change my mind, and I really don't want to chicken out.

Heather can take a few days or a few weeks. On the plus side, this time of year is less busy for them so you should be able to get in a  little quicker than at the end of the year.

Carmel Surgical was very quick to call me with a surgery date after approval...I believe it was within 3 days.
