Good morning everyone!
I havent been on here in forever. I had to be at EMS this morning, so I thought I would get on here and start the thread for today.
Everything is going good with me.  Got thru the holidays. I am just glad they are over.  It is just to hectic anymore.
I am down 145 lbs (15 lbs under my goal)
One day I had a little too much sugar I guess and was in the bathroom. I never threw up, but my stomach was cramping something terrible and had diahrea (sp?) really bad.  It was enough to make me watch that sugar.
So how has everyone been.  Anything new and exciting in anyone's lives?
I hope everyone is doing well.
I wanted to also say thank you to Janene & Sherry for the Christmas cards. I just didnt get any out this year.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning all!

Jenny, glad to hear from you.  I am glad the holidays are over too.  I desparately need to get back into my routine again.  I am such a creature of habit and structure.  I don't do well when I get too busy.  That's been my biggest problem.

Well, yesterday I was just about to go to the ER.  When Marc got home, I was in a fog and very confused about things.  I couldnt even tell him how much water I drank.  I couldn't eat all day.  So, the little dry marker board in the kitchen was what saved me.  I have been keeping track daily of my water and protein.  I mark a V for vitamins and C for calcium when I take it.  When Marc got home he saw me and check the board.  I had drank 6 oz. of water by 2pm.  He was furious with me but was wonderful about pumping me full of fluids.  By 8 pm I was much better and went to bed.  I slept 11 hours.  He woke me up every two hours with a cold 4 oz. water to have me drink it.  So this morning, I feel almost new again.  He is my best friend and my world!  That's why I married him!  LOL  He really did take great care of me.

Today, I am pushing my popsicles and liquids.  I am gonna get some food in me and some protein for sure.

If you need me, I'll be at home drinking!  LOL  (mostly SF Hawaiin punch and water)

Huge hugs,
Tracy

Sounds like you have an alright guy to watch after you.
Sounds like you were just a little on the dehydrated side.
I have to admit, I havent been the best with water myself.  I mean I drink, but no****er.  Usually coffee and milk.  I need to get back in the habit with water.

Bless his heart...I think you better keep him!

I never had the dehydration problem...I guess they scared me about it enough in the pre-op class that I made sure I sipped as much as possible! Glad you're doing better...don't do that again!
