Multi Vitamins

I bought some Flintstone Complete vitamins today and some Centrum chewables to try.  YUK--  Don't worry, I will take my vitamins like I should but I could not believe how they tasted.  I remember when the kids were little having to hide them because they wanted more than one.

What about the Bariatric Advantage vitamins--do they taste decent?  How many of them a day would we have to take?

Just wanting some opinions on what some of you take.

Thanks   Terry

I use the Meijer brand Children's Complete chewables. I cannot say that I enjoy how they taste, but they are tolerable. Meijer often has their supplements on sale and they are much cheaper than the name brands. I chew three a day. I took them at separate times in the beginning, but just take them all at once now. Just a FYI don't put them in a pill case for the week. I tried that and they get soft and stale. YUK. Good Luck and remember your tastes will change, or you will just get used to them.

Terry..I have some samples of multi vitamins and calcium from Celebrate Bariatric vitamins..e-mail me your home address and I will send you a few to try.  I am far enough out I dont do chewables for my multi, but the big calcium pills even split choke me. I hate flinstones yuk. You have to order these but I think they are good.  I will also send you a grape iron chewable to try...really nice tasting .I only take an iron 3 times a week. ....DEB
