Grrr... got to buy a new vacuum cleaner....

Hey Christie I talked to someone the other day that has a dyson and just loves it. They have dogs and it works wonderful on their pet hair. I think the next one I get will be a dyson. Right now I have a good one that I got at A-1 Vaccum it is a Riccar commercial one. Has great suction. I like it. Well hope that helps! Good luck on which ever one you choose. Michelle

I too have a Dyson and absolutely LOVE it! I have the yellow one and it is good on all floor types! I got mine at Kohls on sale and also took advantage of their extra % off sales, PLUS the take an extra 10-20 % off if you have a charge card! I also went when the gave you 10 extra dollars back towards Kohls cash for every 50 that you spent- it was quite a deal by the time I finished, I couldn't pass it up! Also though, HSN sales the Dysons as well and often has them on flex pays! Just a thought! I too have pets and it does wonders with the dog/cat hair! Hubby took one look at the price on the Dyson and said "we'll just buy a new belt for the old one and see if that helps".  Cheapskate!  LOL   I told him right in the store that if it still didn't clean the floor and pick up the pet hair, that I was buying a Dyson whether he likes it or not!!   LOL

You go girl, who does the vacuuming anyway? That's how I convinced my husband. Told him when he starts vacuuming, he can pick out the vacuum!

Chris, my Bissel broke when I was cleaning up from the Christmas tree pine needles.  I have to say "It sucks!  but it DON'T!"  LOL So, good luck with your search for new equipment and thank you for shopping at Lowe's.  You are supporting my family as my hubby and daughter both work there.

I love Lowe's!  I can always find fun things for the house there, like the gorgeous chrome and copper baskets I bought to organize my pantry yesterday, and my new can opener, and all the Kitchen Aid doodads!  I even buy cleaning supplies there.

I also bought my new Electrolux stove there a couple of months ago.  I buy all major appliances at Lowe's.

Home Depot sucks.  They aren't geared towards women at all - nothing for us to look at or small things we can use to organize.

Lowe's always has my vote!  Plus, they are just down the street!!!  Thank your hubby and daughter for working for such a clean, inviting store!  I'm sure it is just as nice as the one by me (Mooresville).
