Weight Gain

Hey Everyone!!

I need some help, I have been post-op for 4 years now.  When I started this journey I weighed in at 325, and after surgery I got down to 125.  My family doc said that I had to gain some weight because I was becoming anorexic.  Well, of course I did what the doctor said and I am now up to 175.  I do not want to go back from where I came from.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks

Your tool, while not as effective as in the beginning, still works.  Go back to the basics.  Measure your portions, count your protein, and drink plenty of water.  You don't ever have to go back to what you were before.
Best wishes.

I can eat as much as I want...I just don't want much.
I'm ashamed of what I did for a Klondike bar...

2 Chronicles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou has done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.

Hey girl, I have missed ya terribly!

I responded to your contact message, but never heard anything back, did ya get it? Look at the top, is there a red #1 there for messages! Let me know!

I can't really help with the weight gain issue as I never made it to goal but I am right about where you are at and I struggle daily, but I also know that I have put things back into my mouth that should have NEVER crossed my lips, BUT I am human and am so much better off now than where I was before! You are still considered a success and have come a long way! Be happy in that and know that I am here for ya! Give me a call and email me, maybe we could get together! They still have free exercise at Indy Parks, maybe we could make a date for that each week,  a day or two! I would love to see ya! Hugz Dawn
