i am allergic to milk, now i'm allergic to lactaid milk...

are there any other alternatives, other than soy milk?  what is lactose milk?

I have seen goats milk in some health food stores.  I have no clue how it tastes. 
I haven't had any milk since my surgery. I mix all my protein shakes with water.  Milk = sugar in my head so I have stayed away from it.
I got some new protein today from GNC.  Egghead recommended it and I love it.  Max protein powder.  It was so good with some ice... almost like a milkshake.

There is liquid soymilk, like Soy Slender..I like the chocolate to make protein shakes. There is a powdered Soymilk called Better than Milk that you can mix as rich or weak as your taste desires.  Also there is rice milk and almond milk available.  Those will generally be available at places like Trader Joes and Whole Foods Market. ..Winding Way health foods just outside Penneys at Castleton Mall has a good variety and try your local health food store and tell them your situation and they will be very helpful.  All of the above will have goats milk like Leah suggested....if you live near a rural area you should be able to find it fresh, just ask your health food store.  Michelle

Are you mixing your proteins with a blender?  I found out I was lactose intollerant and switched to mixing with water, juice etc.  After about 3 weeks I tried milk again and did NOT use the blender and I found I could drink it again.  The blender/bullet thing I was using put so much air and foam into it I would burp all the time and I will skip the other things that happenedand  I think you'll get my picture. LOL  It REALLY happened to - this isn't about me thinking that potty man is a cute one to use.
