If Sherri hadn't told me about the sf popsicles I don't know where I'd be on some days!!!  I hear ya on the clothes mountain. But I am doing more sorting...what I can't where and what I can.  The can't pile is getting larger... which is great.  So off to the clothing exchange they will go!!

Good morning!

I think I'm going to go over to Jean's today and start going through her clothes. I felt bad bringing it up to Bill last night since we had just had her services, but with me going back to work Monday, I need to get the majority of 'my' portion done this week. They paid for another month's rent but I know that between work & medical tests, my January will probably fly by. Bill has voc rehab tomorrow and I told him I'd bring him. I'm going to go window shopping while he's in there for 3 hours and then pick him up. So..total, that'll be about 4-5 hours so that will probably be all we do tomorrow. I had volunteered us to take care of the food & clothes. Bill needs to find a plumber (the seal of his toilet broke) so he will be staying here. So...I will only be bagging clothes, NOT moving them out of there. Maybe I'll start on the food. Tiffany is off today so when I get done, I can have her come over & get what they would use.

It is going to be so strange to be in there without Jean. So dear friends, keep me in your prayers this week. I have a feeling that my moments alone there are going to be a little bit more emotional for me than even the funeral was.

Sherri you are brave and caring lady. So soon after the funeral I don't know if I would be as strong as you. And be able to start on the clothes.  Bless your heart.

Sherri,  you and Bill were in my thoughts and prayers on Monday.  I know this was very hard on both of you to go through.  Going through Jean's things will be an emotional journey.  I will keep you lifted up during this journey of grief and healing.  If it hadn't been for the prayers and emotional support of friends I don't know how I would have made it through my husband's sudden death a few years ago.

Hey everyone. I am venturing out of the house for the first time today alone. I have to take my youngest to speech therapy appt in about a 1/2 hr. Should be interesting. At least I have my oldest to help! I woke up feeling lousy and decided to skip breakfast to get fluids in. 20oz later I feel better, so I'm eating lunch. Amazing how fast my body responds to a night of no fluids. I may start setting my alarm to get up and drink at night.

Sorry about the lack of sleep. I feel for ya.  I have gotten used to it since that is how I am all the time since my leg injury.   I can sleep a couple of hours and then the pain wakes me up.  Sometimes I can go back to sleep - sometimes I can't.  It's just a way of life for me now. 
Get your iron done and hopefully you can catch a few winks when the kiddies nap.

I have the dreaded stuff thats going around,my voice is almost gone(the guys love it).
So i slept in and i feel worse.
Neils off today so we are going to pay bills and go and get some cottage cheese(im craving that stuff) and check out the markdowns everywhere.
Im going thru clothes for the exchange,but i still lean to my favs and they are huge on me...
Sherry my heart goes out to you ,not only did you lose your mil you lost one of your best friend,i hope when my boys get married i can bond with their wives the way you did with Jean  huggs to you sweetie.
Michelle and Misty i hope you can get some sleep and the care you deserve.
Melissa and Tracy you girls sip and sip you hear we dont want you dehydrated.

Linda you are stressed and when we get that way we have weird dreams,Neil had one the other night that he got shot in the head i laughed and said no honey i was passing gas.lol
But i used to have nightmares and the dr said the dreams have meanings and when are body is stressed thats when the dreams get weird..Im glad you posted.

Hi Lisa!!!!
I feel for you with the cold/cough/??? going around. I am finally not coughing my head off all the time. I still have fits of coughing though and not able to exercise because of it.  I start to breathe a little fast and I cough my freakin' head off!  Not fun.. which then causes me to get a headache.  I do have my voice back though... just a raspier version of it. 
I am accumulating a big bunch of clothes too.  I have so many nice work clothes too. I hope someone can use them.  Dressier stuff.  Mostly 22- 24 sizes.  Dress pants... skirts and some really nice tops too.  So I am hoping someone can get some use out of them. I know I spent a big chunk of money for them. I have one outfit that FOX 59 bought me for my makeover when I turned 40!  (yep I was on tv for a Monday Makeover)Its such a cool outfit too.  It will be hard to give up. It was pretty expensive too!! I will be happy to see somone use any of them though.
