Sunday ...

Good morning all!

Happy Sunday!

I hope all of you are having a great holiday weekend.  We have had a great time together at my house despite me getting dehydrated yesterday.  I am pushing my way through it.  I have come to know the signs early on and can fight it off.  So, I have no real complaints.

The kids (Chaz, Ash, and Ty) are in Green Bay this morning getting ready to go to the Packers game.  Tyler called last night and he was having a blast with Chaz.  It makes a Mommy's heart really happy.  Chaz has really gotten close to the kids since he came home from Iraq. 

Today Kelli, Marc and I will go to church then have a quick lunch before he heads off to work.  Then it's me, Kelli and the Rockband2!  LOL.  I am getting seriously good on the drums.  It's a blast and when I measured myself this month... I lost 1 1/2 inches in my arms.... GO ROCKBAND!  I asked Santa for a Wii so I could get the Wii fit with it.... But, let's just say I was on the naughty list again this year.... so no Wii for me.    Maybe for my birthday LOL.

Good morning Tracy, and all who follow!  Happy Sunday.  I am up before the menfolk (as usual) and enjoying my quiet, peaceful house.

I will probably spend today attempting to scale Mt. Washmore so we don't all have to run around nekkid -

I bought some stuff last night to try a different kind of protein shake.  I will definitely be taking the other stuff to a support group meeting and getting rid of it that way.  Here's hoping I find something I like and can tolerate soon.

Only lost .2 of a pound today - went shopping so thought I would lose more with the walking.  It'll show up later this week.  Not gonna be greedy!  Since 12/9 I have lost 30.4 pounds.  I'll take it!  Thank you Dr. E!

My 12 year old grandson is coming to spend the night tonight and tomorrow.  He is so much fun -  very witty, and cracks me up.  I'm looking forward to that.  He thinks I'm cool, cause I like Katy Perry's music.  I didn't have a choice!  When we went on vacation out west this summer and took him and his 14 year old sister with us, they sang her songs in the car every day!  And just like his papaw, my grandson took the lyrics and changed them to make a "weird Al" type of song.  Gotta love 'em.  My tummy will be hurting from laughing.

Hi All!

Haven't been able to post as much as usual lately, I've been really busy training to be interim Postmaster at my facility when the current one retires on Wednesday. I've been working extra hours training, trying to keep up with my business, and planning the retiring postmaster's open house on Tuesday. Oh, and there was this little distraction called Christmas in the middle of all that!

Today I'll be working on my business most of the day to try and get completely caught up before my extra hours this next week. I've been trying to get Christmas down little by little in the middle of all this. Sheesh. Good thing I like to be busy! My mom and I are going to take a little break this afternoon and head to Elder-Beerman...they're having a great after Christmas sale and I got three gift cards from various family members for EB, can't wait to get some clothes that aren't falling off of me!

I've got chicken and noodles in the crock pot, BOY does it smell good! Dinner will be ready this evening other than throwing together some instant mashed potatoes and dinner rolls. I LOVE my crock pot.

Good morning...well..it IS still technically 'morning'! LOL!

I tried to find an outfit yesterday for the funeral tomorrow and had no luck. I'm gonna try again today. The realy problem is my dang belly. I need something that is appropriate and yet elestic waist with some stretch for when I get my afternoon growth. Everywhere I went yesterday, if it had an elastic waist, it was either a 1X or more or it was sweatpants! So...maybe I'll have better luck this afternoon.

We met Tiffany & her family at Ryan's last night for dinner. It was our first time of leaving Lotus at home by herself. She did fine. We had her in her soft crate. I'm going to put a pic or two of her on my profile after I submit this. She is such a sweetie!

Good Morning Everyone,

I am finally posting for the day.  I ran a few errands this morning. I picked up a few things for my future Secret Elf person.  It's windy and chilly here today.  I won't complain too much.  It's not rain.  We've had enough of that for a little while.

Tracy, I hope you enjoyed the Packers game.  I really like going to professional games.

Sherri,  I hope you have luck finding an outfit.  I'm sure it's very difficult to find clothes for your situation.

My friends are still here and we are taking the kids ice skating yesterday it was like water skiing.lol
Im so tired but have been pampered her girls are 19 and 21 and they gave me a makeover and done my nails and hair,and it was free.
Sherry the dog looks so beautiful and im sure you have her spoiled already(how could you keep from it)..Enjoy her

Hi All,
Yesturday was our Christmas here- we had a great time!!!  Had a great meal- too much as usual.  We celebrated Penny's 40th birthday, & played cards with the girls and visited till past 1am. We had a very small gift time with the cut backs we did, but all of the kids were happy with what they got this year.I think it meant alot to them that their Pappy picked out  their special gifts. We didn't spend alot but found some great deals.

I ended up with another horrible night of gas and pain, so ended staying up most of the night. Dana finally got me up at 11. I don't know if it is the protien powder or just the stress that is causing it. I go see the Dr. next month. I have been so tired too from taking care of the babies. I know part of it is I haven't been exercising in a MONTH! I have to get re-started all over again. My trainer has called several times & each time I set it up, something happens to keep me from going. Time to get back in the routine!!!!!

Well, got to get busy cleaning up/tearing down the decorations, everyone have a blessed day. I am praying for all fo you that have had illness/loss/or having hard times- may you feel God's love today surround you.
