Hey Jeanna,

The DaVinci syrup is on or near the top shelf in the coffee aisle.  I have found the SF Raspberry and Carmel at my WalMart, but nothing else...DaVinci does have a website with a ton of other SF choices if you like using the syrup.     http://www.davincigourmet.com/  Since peanut butter is a nono for us, I'm going to order the SF peanut butter and see how it goes....

Michelle, my Wal Mart (listen to that - I'm acting like I own the place...  actually, as much as I spend there, I probably do by now) had SF and Regular Vanilla, Kahlua, Carmel, and SF Raspberry.

LOL...we DO own WalMart, Chris!

Before surgery when I was trying to bump up my protein per Dr's orders, I tried my chocolate protein powder, Ghiardelli cocoa, sf cheesecake pudding mix , a spoonful of peanut butter and sf caramel syrup and it was as close to a piece of Cheesecake Factory cheesecake as I could get...The caramel syrup is a dream...I haven't even tried that  shake again yet since I can't eat PB...but will try again when I get the PB syrup in...When nothing else tastes good, PB does... LOL

HI Chris,
I use the Vanilla BF. Being so early out just use the more softer items not the solid items. Sub. for the things you can't have . ie, sf banana pudding instead of real bananas. You just have to mix and match and see what you like best. Remember, A little goes a long way, so don't over power your smoothies w/ the ingredients. Just a smidge will be good. I am always looking to see what SF puddings/jello/syrups are out there and what I can make with them. Good Luck. Shanna

Thanks Shanna!  I'm going to try it out this afternoon.  I usually attempt to do the protein shakes about an hour or so after lunch, so I'll let you know how it goes!  It's my last hurdle, and I'm anxious to scale it!

I'm going to try the banana pudding with some frozen strawberries for a strawberry banana.

And maybe I can come close to duplicating a chocolate Vivanno from Starbucks using banana pudding and the SF chocolate syrup I bought!

Thanks hon!

You might also try

www.thelollicupstore.com

They have s/f Torani and Davinci syrups! Their prices seem cheaper, but after shipping and handling it could equal out! Lots of flavors to chose from!

Hugz Dawn

My son and I had s/f strawberry jello mix last night with the s/f cheesecake pudding mix, it was good! You might try that IF you cannot tolerate fresh/frozen fruits yet!

There is a coffee shop inside greenwood mall that has the Toriani SF syrups for $10 a large bottle.  thats more than TJ Maxx but they have a pretty good selection.  I dont recall the name of the store but its just outside of the Von Mar.

I know this isn't about protein, but something that helped me get my water in was flavoring.  I cut up cucumber and put lots of ice and cucumber in the water.  It makes it so much more easier to get the water in.  Newbies....you can't have the cucumber yet and I  actually cut out the seeds so I didn't accidentally get a seed when I drank.  But truly it helped me get in my water!
