Saturday...
Good morning everyone!
I didn't get to get on here much yesterday. I had to get up at 3 and have my step-daughter & one of my granddaughters at the airport at 4:30. That was such a long day for me!! I crashed last night and didn't budge until 5 this morning. I never even woke up to go to the bathroom so boy was I hurting when I woke up!! On the plus side...my scales went down 6 lbs from yesterday! LOL! The better I sleep, the better my weight is. The worse I sleep, the more my weight gets.
Bill had his hair & beard trimmed up nice for the funeral Monday. Today, I'm going to go have my eyebrows done at the mall. I never had them professionally done. After that, I have to go find an outfit to wear Monday. It is so hard to find something with this darn belly!! I had ordered me a pair of small stretch pants. That was suppose to fit size 4-6 (med is 8-10 and large is 12-14). The med & lg that I had gotten because of my belly were all huge on me. Well..so was the small. So...I'm going to have to do some trying on today. I will just be so glad when my stomach is fixed and I don't have to worry about if what fits in the morning if it would in the afternoon!
I went accross the street yesterday and let our neighbor know about Jean. He considered himself Jean's 'other son'. I had given him one of the papers that the funeral home had given us. Poor guy. He did his best to not break down in front of me. I am betting that as soon as he closed the door that tears were flowing.
Different people had asked me about the services for Jean. Here is a copy of her obit (http://www2.indystar.com/cgi-bin/obituaries/index.php?action =show&id=99133) .
You all have a good day today!
