Merry Christmas

Greetings to everyone on OH.  E and I have spent a wonderful quiet Christmas.  I started with breakfast provided by E of course, ( he always cooks breakfast for me , so today wasn't any different)  We exchanged gifts then we took our temp dog on a 3 mile walk around the neighborhood and Ben Davis.  We came home and had a bite for lunch and then went to see Marley and Me.  We both cried at the end.  Good movie, but a bit of a tear jerker at the end.  We then visited my dad in the nursing home and we are now home waiting for one of the daughters and grandkids to drop by.  All I could think of is this is the last Christmas I will spend, before my new life begins on the lighter side.  I am looking forward to it, and all of the "before and after" pictures are a big encouragement.  I just have to wait for all of the legal insurance stuff to get pushed through.  I am just praying that surgery will be before May.  God knows when I need it and when it should happen.  I am truly preparing my self mentally for what I know all of you  and E have gone through.Sometimes I get really nervous, but I know it will be ok.
