Stomach flu in the house
My son complained all day yesterday that his tummy hurt, then he started vomiting last night. Seems to have passed as quickly as it started, but I woke up this morning feeling quite fluish. Can I damange my pouch if I start vomiting? I'm a bit worried. Just got over the dehydration thing and now I feel like this. Gonna try to keep sipping and eating popsicles, etc. Did get 38 oz in yesterday and was shooting for over 40 today.

You should be fine. I had a bit of an issue my second week out and it was more scary than painful. I think it was just the whole issue of being afraid I would hurt my pouch as well. Stick with your plan... and get plenty of rest.
You will find that it's not as horrible as it used to be when you do have to get sick. Weird but true... And it passes rather quickly too.
Hoping you don't get the full blown flu and you are just a bit icky from your recovery process. Could be what started all the mess for you in the first place. Maybe you had a touch of it and it caused the dehydration.
I hope you all get well in time to enjoy Christmas.
Huge hugs to you and the little guys too.
