I weighed on Monday and I have lost 52 pounds in 5 weeks. I am about to break my arm, patting myself on the back. My infection in the incision is better, but I still have the vacuum. Everyone have a Merry Christmas.

Congrats!

Aren't those wound-vacs a pain in the butt?!? I was on one this time last year. They are life-saving, wonderful pieces of medical inginuity...but a pain to carry around and I had to wear ear plugs at night because of the 'grreeegrrre'...until I'd smack it one..lol! Did you ask Santa for gauzes & tape for all the wet bandages that are going to replace the wound vac? They did for me anyway. There is a medical supply store on Old Meridian..just south of West Carmel (use to be 126th). I get my gauzes & paper tape there. I get the sterile wash (in a can) at Kroger. It's ALOT cheaper there than Walgreens.

Anyway..congrats again for the great weight loss. Now..don't go having to get that arm in a sling or cast! Allow us to do the patting...k?

Absolutely fantastic!!!

I am 15 days out and have lost 26.6 pounds.  I hope to do as well as you, but I'm sure I'll slow down anytime now!

Congrats and Merry Christmas!

WOW!!!!
I am so proud of you, T!
I'm in a rut.  I've plateaued.  I'm trying not to let it get to me, but it is.  I go to the gym 4 days a week and I haven't lost not one pound for the past week and a half.  My husband said it still looks like I'm losing weight so hopefully it's inches I'm losing.
Well, keep up the good work and keep patting yourself on the back!  Talk to you soon.
