Things that make you feel good

These are just a few things that I have come to appriciate over the past week and it makes me feel amazing.


When you get out of the shower and can wrap a normal size towel around you.

Being able to shop at Victoria Secret for bras and panties and then when you get home your panties are tooooo big!!!

Getting on the scale and watching the weight just fall off.  Weighed in this morning at 226.  Just about 27 pounds from wonderland and I can not wait!!!

You made me smile.  Thanks for that.  I am having a bumpy morning... nothing I can't handle but I needed a smile. 

I too have went thru the whole new panties thing... it makes you feel so good. 

I like the idea of sharing what makes us feel good.  It's uplifting so I want to add a few of my own.


When you jump in the car with a friend and you fasten the seatbelt without any worry of seeing if it will fit.... Wow!

When you go to a restaurant and they ask if you want a booth or table and you can say "it don't really matter!"  Wow!

You pull out your new jeans you got 2 weeks ago and they are kinda baggy so you need a BELT!  Wow!

When your 11 year old son hugs you tight and puts his arms ALL the way around you!  Wow!

Life is blessed with Wow moments on this journey.  Some of them seem so small to others but they are huge to us.

Thanks for picking up my spirits this morning.  I am sending you an especially Huge Hug!  Congrats on your accomplishments!

It still makes me feel good when I sit down and cross my legs without needing to pull one leg over the next and hold it in place!  I like it now when we go to a restaurant that my daughter can sit on the same side of the table with me because there's room now.  I love it that people still walk up to me and drop their jaw when they recognize who I am. 

There are so many more but these are the ones that pop out.

isnt it wonderful

I was at the doctors yesterday and heard can you pee in this cup...yeah sure
So i always use a hat cause im so big,but i gave it a shot.
I went and then said hot damn not knowing i shouted it out ,i came out of the bathroom and was getting stared at my reply was if you only knew what i just did..
Neil was in the room waiting for me and ask what did you do I ask why he said i heard you clear in here from down the hall.
I started crying and said i peed in a cup and he laughed he knew it was a wow moment.
I also shopped til i broke our checking account.

But sweetie every wow is wonderful and im glad you having some congrats on your weight loss...

woo hoo!  Cheers to Lisa peeing in a cup!  (That just don't sound right!)  LOL

Huge hugs girl!  I sure hope you feel better soon.  Neil is da bomb!  Hug him for me too.
