You ladies will get there with time...relax and do your best. If you drink 30 oz of liquid today make your goal tomorrow to be 36 oz and you will get to where you need to be.

As far as the crying goes ...geesh do I remember those times.  Just remember that it is your hormones that is making you cry, and it will get better very soon.  I am so proud of you ladies for coming to the boards and being honest about what is going on with you and sharing with each other, its wonderful to see.  I promise you all this stuff will be a faint memory for you by Feb 1st, hang in there.  I will be five months out in two days and I can barely remember the pain, crying, the sipping (I can drink large amounts now) the protein drinks (I am able to get all my protein from food now).  It gets so much better!!

Hugsssssssssss to all of you
Jeannie

Hey girls, one other trick I do... thought I would share it with you.  I use my water bottles over again by refilling them half way and putting them in the freezer to make a good sized Ice chunk.  Then I take it out and top it off with water.    I love my drinks as cold as possible so this helps to keep my water cold for long periods of time.  I take one to church with me... the store.... any where that I am going to be out for long periods of time.  I got a huggy for my water bottles at the dollar tree too.  That keeps the bottle from sweating all inside my purse.

Keep up the great work and positive attitudes.  Like Jeannie, I am very proud of you all!

Huge hugs,
Tracy
