Secret Elf Information

I have enjoyed doing this! I must admit I am trying to get better at each draw! The first one, I bombed and throughout the whole process I have had some medical and financial difficulties! That being said, I have tried to send a card and an acknowledgement! I do not know my elf and have never met her, either! She also does not post very often, so that makes it a little harder, for me! Along with the disconnection of my internet service, due to job less, this round has been a bit of not getting to know very much more about my elf, shucks! I am sending her package tomorrow a.m. as work schedule changed and I have not been able to make it to the post office during business hours! It is on its way! I do hope that my elf has enjoyed what "little" things that I could send, but I must admit I feel uncomfortable at times because I wasn't able to spend as much as some others, that have posted! I feel like she was cheated! I am one that enjoys the cards and NO BILLS in the mail, that is nice in itself!

Now for my ELF, she was awesome! I know that she has had some medical, financial issues along the way as well! That being said, from the cards to the goodie bags/boxes, I enjoyed them all and appreciated them- no matter what! She will make someones day each month on her next draw! Hope whomever gets her, enjoys her thoughtfullness, as I have! Love ya JODI!

My elf was wonderful.  I recieved cards and gifts throughout the entire time.

I hope I did a good job for my recipient.  I only sent one ecard but I personally prefer snail mail cards myself.  I can set those on my dresser etc and have thier cheer even when I'm away from the computer.  I'm looking forward to the next round.

Sherri:

Regarding comcast....

I believe all insightbb.com changed to comcast.net.  Mine did and I am north of Indy.   They quit forwarding the e-mails at the end of September.

For instance:

Old:

[email protected]

New:

[email protected]

If I were you, I would give it a try!   But then again, if they haven't read online here that you are looking for them, they probably aren't interested?!   My 2 cents.

My elf sent several cards and I got a birthday/surgiversary gift.   She told me she was having hard times and I know several people are.  It was fun getting a card in the mail or even getting an e-mail card to lift my day.     I just really feel for those who haven't heard anything but yet put a lot into it for their elf.  But it is better to give than to receive.

Blessings,

Lois K

well I was not the best elf going but I was better than the one I had. I am not sure I had any! I think here at the last I might have received an e-card but nothing else. That is the reason I am not going to do it again. I tried to do right by my person even though I wasn't getting anything. I signed up for it before my husband got laid off and when he didn't get a job for 8 months we fell behind in every bill we had. That made it difficult to get any thing to send including cards. Everything we spent was only for the necessities. I am sorry that I could not do more. I hope that Linda forgives me. Good luck to whoever does it this next year and I hope all have fun doing it! Thanks to Sherri for putting it all together!

My elf was wonderful, nice cards and a great box full of little goodies for my birthday.  I understand he/she sent me something for my surgery anniversary but I think it was lost in the mail.  That's too bad ... not that I missed getting stuff, I feel bad they put in the effort and it was lost.  I highly recommend my elf!

Sherri, my elf gave me one card and that was the first of Aug. I never heard from them again.

I do know you tried to get a hold of that person to see what was going on after you found out I had not heard from mine, and they had said they were out of state for the hurricane in FL and would be doing something but never did I hear from them again.

I too would of wished everyone would of done there part.   I would like to say I enjoyed doing it, but I do have a suggestion for those of us that get stuff I think it is good that we thank our elf but maybe not go into detail of all the goodies they send us.  It makes it bad for those that don't receive or may not be able to get all the goodies for our secret person.

I do think this program is great, it helps people that are going through a lot to know someone cares about them.

Sherri,  I knot it must of been hard trying to keep up with everyone's elf and getting back to everyone if and when you were able to get back with them.  I didn't want to complain, so someone else had gotten a hold of you on my elf not getting with me.  Thanks to that person.

So in short or long, Sherri my person was a not so good elf.

Thanks
