I also noticed once it became light outside that the hood of my car must have clipped the mailbox first because there are two deep gashes running up the whole length of the hood leading up to my missing sideview mirror. $1,200. in damages and we have a 500 deductible dangit. My husband was just happy that my daughter and I were ok. Yours hopefully will be too.
You have enough your dealing with it sounds like for today so, that DH better just be glad you are ok.
