You must be going through what I had this week. I  didn't take anything, but now have some on hand. I would ask your Dr. I hope you feel better soon!

Hey there surgery sis!  I think Imodium is one of the post surgery OTC meds we can take, but when in doubt, call your surgeon's office.

I'm having problems with the multi vitamins making me nauseous.  Hope that passes!

Hey Jeanna - or anyone for that matter.  How long are we supposed to wear the binder?

They told me I'd need to wear my binder for 2 weeks but I have a reaction to it and was allowed to take it when I went in for my 1 week followup.  I'd leave it on until the Dr. tells you to take it off.

You'll find the binder much more tollerable if you wear a tank or t-shirt underneath it. Without that barrier, it made me itch constantly.

Thanks - that's a good idea.  I think I am also going to e-mail the doctor to find out how long to wear it as I don't see him till 1/8 - 1 month post op.  I really don't wanna wear this a month!  LOL
